Admission requirements: 

A Bachelor's degree that gives access to academic Master's degrees in its country of issuse, obtained in the field of food technology, food science or similar that covers knowledge and skills in the properties and analysis of raw materials and products of plant and animal origin, knowledge and skills in the field of food production, preservation and storage, and skills in the interpretation, presentation and documentation of the results of an experiment, and presentation and documentation of the results of a project task.

English language skills at least at level B2, proved with an English language certificate (list available on our website). 

Description: 

The new program offered by the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences is a double diploma degree in food technology taught in English in cooperation with a partner from Spain, University Miguel Hernandez of Elche. Students will spend part of the course in Spain and part in Poland, they will have the opportunity to write their master’s theses under the supervision of lecturers from both universities, and in the end they will receive two diplomas. More academically oriented students might appreciate the fact that the new double diploma program stems from a long time partnership of both universities in research and PHD level education, which offers unique opportunities for further academic development, such as the International Doctoral School offered by the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. 

 Graduates of this program have advanced knowledge and abilities in innovative methods of food production, analysis of food raw materials and end products, food quality and safety management systems, application of biotechnological processes in food production, development of functional foods, innovative food packaging materials and techniques  They are prepared to take up jobs on a various positions in the food industry sector, catering and gastronomy companies, sanitary, epidemiological or research laboratories.
