Admission requirements:
- A "Matura" certificate or an equivalent document;
- A document confirming the candidate’s knowledge of English (check the website:Admission Terms and Procedure...);
- Knowledge corresponding to that taught at second-level schools of music extended general knowledge of music;
- 3 stage entrance examination in English (5-6 September 2016)
The Instrumental Faculty offers various specialities: Orchestral instruments, baroque violin, tuba, saxophone, baroque oboe, recorder, viola da gamba, keyboard instruments, guitar and accordion. The Faculty provides students with an opportunity to intensively improve their music-playing skills, to master a broad repertoire of works and to frequently present them to the public.
It operates in the main building of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław and in the newest building of the Academy's Campus (building E), with classrooms equpped in new instruments and a modern concert hall.
The Karol Lipiński Academy of Music is one of the most important music training centres in Poland and a regionally important cultural institution.
